Ed Freidner

Ed is a native New Yorker and has been in the recording industry since 1958. He started his career as a Recording Engineer for Vanguard Records, and during his 13 years at Vanguard, the last 6 of which was spent as Chief Engineer, he would record, edit, and mix folk, rock, classical, and jazz music for Vanguard Records with artists such as Joan Baez, Country Joe and The Fish, The Utah Symphony, and The Newport Jazz and Folk Festivals just to name a few.   Since 1971 Ed has owned his own two Recording Studio’s in New York City, called “The Recording Place” and has recorded and produced thousands of radio and TV commercials for major clients and advertising agency’s all across the country. Ed is also the Executive Producer of “Success Radio” and Executive Vice President of “American Radio & Television Productions.
